SEWLA is the South East Women's Lacrosse Association.
Women's lacrosse under the ELA is split into 3 geographical regions, of which we are one: South East, South West and North.
The South East region covers the counties of ... Bedfordshire, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Kent, Middlesex, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, 'Greater London', Surrey, West Sussex, East Sussex and Essex.
