SEWLA events
SEWLA organises many events for players from junior to senior, from development to regional levels. The organisation also helps develop coaches and officials by subsidising and promoting courses.

Senior Regional Tournament
Every year the South East host a try out and a training weekend for the senior womens’ A & B squad to compete against the South West and North teams in a tournament which often also feature other national teams such as England U20.

Junior Regional Tournament (Super Counties)
The junior regional system is called the super counties. Schools and clubs are invited to nominate players for each categories to play in the tournaments.

SEWLA Sixes
A new tournament hosted by SEWLA in the sixes format which will be played at the Olympics 2028.
